i'm writing a book and i ran into a snag.
14 yr old princess carla can spend a day doing whatever she wants because the queen is gone for a week. she has a charming boyfriend and no siblings.
my story takes place in a world of dragons, witches, and war. the queen, has left on short notice without putting anyone in charge of carla. carla can do anything she wants, but it can't be anything permanent (like getting kidnapped by a dragon, etc). it should be a fun day for her & her boyfriend can be involved, but it has to be rated g-pg.
let your imagination run wild because i will pick the best answer & probably use it in my story (depending).
they go riding around the countryside, have a picnic, just relax. while they're out-and-about the boyfriend could teach carla how to wield a sword in case she gets in trouble. while he's teaching her they can get attacked by an evil witch who strikes down the boyfriend and carla, w/ her new found abilities, can kill the witch w/ the boyfriends sword.
