Making eyeliner look cool/magical or w/e?
Ok, I am going to this fairy festival and I want to know if anyone knows how to make eyeliner look whimsical or magical or whatever. I remember one chick had done her eyeliner really cool and I can't remember how!
If anyone has some tips or something that would be awesome, ty =)
on halloween i like to do that too. i like to use blue or green eye shadow - You Can use whatever color - and apply it heavy on the lowest part of your lid and lighten it as you get closer to your brows. then i use a light shadow under the brows. then i will use a dark shadow (like black) on my lower lids to create a smoky effect. you can also add glitter under you eyes and near the tear ducts and above your eyebrows for a pretty fairy look. i also like to color my eyebrows with blue pencil which really finishes the whole thing off.
