Tumbled Worry
How can I be ready for try outs in a month?
I have competitive cheerleading try outs on May 1st so i have about a month before how can I be ready? I'm taking tumbling classes and private lessons and stuff so don't worry about that stuff. I've been cheering for about 4 years. How can I improve my jumps they're not bad but i want them to be really good and high? How can i stand out from everyone else (in a good way)? We'll have to learn a dance and perform it, do jumps, and tumbling.

i've been chearleading for 5 years, and in gymnastics for 7 years(:
but i'm not as serious about it as you soundd. hahh.
so how i made my jumps higher was i practiced just jumps everyday for 10 minutes straight.
if you practice toe touches it helps with every jump.
also if you know how to do splits that helps a WHOLE bunch!
straddles and splits ;]
practice splits and straddles everyday in the mornings for 5-10 mins.
and then at night. When you practice jumps& splits everyday 2 times
then in about 3-4 weeks you should be improving on your jumps (:
but dont practice for a whole week before the comptition cause if you do it hurts like helllll.! lol.
