Touch Lamp
is there any way to make a touch lamp less touchable??
i bought a floor lamp that has the touch lamp feature and i thought it would be great, but alas i live on a second floor apartment and when i walk across the floor it is so touchy that it goes off like a strobe light. not to mention it takes a 3 way bulb so i feel like i am in a disco. on top of that anytime my ferret goes near it it goes off.
any ideas or am i going to haul this thing back to target?
I simply unplug mine for about an hour and that does the trick for a month or so. I'm not sure what sets it off, but unplugging for a while resets it back to normal.
