How did you discover that you become a good tarot reader or psychic ? Thank you?
It can take a lot of practice to become a really good Tarot Card reader. First you have to learn all the card's meanings. They way I've done it was to make a notebook, with a page dedicated to each card. I wrote thoughts about the card, things that would help me remember the meaning, and cut out pictures in magazines that made me think of the meaning. Some people like to make flash cards. There are a number of good books that talk about the meaning of the tarot. Some beginners books I have read are: "The Complete Idiot's Guide to the Tarot", "Tarot for Beginners: An Easy Guide to Understanding & Interpreting the Tarot" by P. Scott Hollander, and "Tarot Unveiled: The Method to Its Magic" by Laura A. Clarson. You may want to first go to the library and see what they've got there.
However, You Can read the cards for yourself without having memorized the meanings. You just look them up as you go along. Don't use the little booklets that come with the cards. Those aren't too helpful. The important thing is to get calm and focused before you shuffle. Concentrate on your question, take a few breaths, and get started!
Now, about psychic ability-- I've had prophetic dreams since I was little, and I'm pretty good with the tarot. I'm not like one of those that can tell your future just looking at you, tho. Not many who say they can, can either! The thing is, anyone can become psychic. It's easier for some, maybe because they are just sensitive to the vibrations or something. There are many books that can tell you how to work on being more psychic. "Practical Guide to Psychic Powers: Awaken Your Sixth Sense" by Osborne Phillips and Melita Denning;
"Are You Really Too Sensitive: How to Develop and Understand Your Sensitivity as the Strength It Is"
by Marcy Calhoun and "Your Sixth Sense: Unlocking the Power of Your Intuition"by Belleruth Naparstek are ones you might look for. Again, your local library probably has books on this subject.
