Blue Fairy

Winter/blue Fairy look?

ok so for halloween I'm going to be a winter fairy (or blue fairy)
I've got a dress (dark blue cocktail dress) and black leggings.

But I dont know what do to other than that.
Should I get ballet shoes?
what makeup should I do ( i wear glasses also )
I also have an A line bob haircut. the front is ALMOST to my shoulders.
should I curl it? (my hair is black)
Silver wings or blue?
Jewelry?
Hair accessories?

ANY tips/suggestions on anything to make this costume look amazing for a party this weekend, PLEASE dont hesitate to say so.

Well my first thought was that white or silver tights would be better. You could give yourself an icy sort of look to represent Winter. There's a special effect that I've seen at Halloween stores that makes your skin look frozen, that would be so cool - or get silvery glitter. There's a set I've seen at drugstores of blue and silver sparkly makeup, you could do something with that. I think your hair would be fine straight, maybe with some silver sparkles and silver or rhinestone barrettes. I'm thinking the silver wings and silvery rhinestone jewelry too. Winter makes me think of ice! Hope that give you some ideas.
