Doe anyone have any info of this picture of 3 little girl fairies in blue dresses near forget-me-nots?

I don't know the title, artist, or where it's from; I just know I recognize it and want to find more items/prints of it. The only thing I've found is this necklace at http://www.etsy.com/listing/60196477/scrabble-tile-jewelry-3-fairies-make-a
This is not an original work of art. This is an old picture from a fairy tale book or something like that. I remember this from when I was a kid. I've emailed the seller, but she hasn't gotten back to me. I've already spent hours googling images and searching fairy art sites.

cottingley fairy hoax, two girls took pictures of themselves and then later cut out drawlen pictures, claiming they were real life.
