• Visualise a very strong silver cosmic chord connection, being made between the heart chakras of you and Jesus Christ.
• Now become aware of your natural breath, you must be aware of each inhalation and each exhalation, Feel the inflowing breath is charged with the power and presence of Christ
• Synchronize with each breath the mental prayer "Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me'" in this manner

Exhalation: Have mercy on me

• Imagine with each breath you are receiving divine light, life and love to your Heart Chakra from the sacred heart chakra of Christ through the strong silver psychic cable connection.
