What is the best way to create a playing card deck to sell?
I'm wanting to know:
how to create my own deck of cards through a company
what is the cheapest company to Make Them through (not cheap quality though)
I'm looking to make about 50 to 100 decks to start off with. I'm making them not to make a bunch of profit or anything, I'm just wanting a deck of cards that fits my career field in the military since we play in our down time. If you have any web sites or any advice please help me out. thanks.
Googling for "custom Playing Cards" brought up many, many sites to Choose From. I looked at a few but none of them look to be very cheap. Two which appeared to be more established and have customer testimonials on their site are:

A lot of sites appear to do the work overseas but there are US companies which do it. The two I mentioned above are in the US.
Looks like it will cost in the range of $10 per deck if you buy 50-100 decks and are only customizing the back of the cards.
