Can you please rate my dragon deck and suggest how to make it better or fix it.?

This is my Deck

hmm, do u have 48 cards in here? i know its not against the rules to have more then 40 cards, but its always great to have a professional lookin deck, anyways if u cut ur deck down to atleast 20 monsters, 13 or 12 spells an 7 to 8 traps then u'll have a decent deck, anyways u have some good cards, but some that arent needed, like that Level Trap, Ordeal of a Traveler, Black Pendant, Axe of Despair, the spare Lighting Vortex, Sprit Ryu is a good dragon, but its not worth discarding dragons to the grave for his ability, i would add a few Lord of D and his Flutes of Summoning Dragons, he's a great card for ur Dragons, an is easier to summon out ur needed monsters like Red Eyes B Dragon and White Horned Dragon, anyways u dont need those Gravi/Magna dragons... there not so great, also i would add the field card Mountain, its not much but a 200 attack boost does help monsters like Luster Dragon and Red Eyes, can take out monsters like Cyber Dragon and those annoying Monarchs, anyways i would take out the not so need high level monsters, Gravi an Magna, Spirit Ryu, Element Dragon (personally i dont like that dragon) Dweller in the Depths, they arent really needed, but i like that Five Headed Dragon, which reminds me, i would add Dragons Mirror for that monster, maybe 2 of those, and add another Dragons Rage, everyone tends to destroy that card as soon as its used, but ya u have good cards also u can add a few more Red Eyes Black Dragon too, u can dump them in the Graveyard for that Level 7 Armed Dragon, then use a monster like Decoy Dragon to bring them back, easy an simple combo, but all i can suggest is adding

The Flutes of Summoning Dragons 2x
Tyrant Dragon
Red Eyes B Dragon 2x
Ancient Rules 3x (thats if u have a deck mainly for Red Eyes, it special summons red eyes no prob)
Red Eyes B Chick 2x (pretty much Kaibaman for the Red Eyes Dragon series)
Mountain (2 if u want)
Dragons Mirror 2x
Decoy Dragon
Dragons Rage
Masked Dragon (one more helps)
Dust Tornado (always good to have 2 in a deck)
Sakuretsu Armor (i normally dont suggest this, but its good to get rid of ur opponents strong monsters)
Creature Swap 2x (it may seem bogus to swap ur monster with theres, but its good to swap one of ur pathetic weak monsters with there strong ones u know? always good rather then wasting 800 life points to take a monster for one turn)

and yeah thats about it, also a great dragon is King Dragun, his ability to protect ur Dragons from Spells, Traps and Monster Effects is killer, also his 2nd ability to Summon out a Dragon every turn is a major bonus, anyways just make a few changes, add a few more Red Eyes B Dragons then u'll have a good dragon deck, also cut ur deck down to 40 cards, i know its hard, but its easier to summon out ur monsters an draw the best an needed cards
oh ya i forgot to rate ur deck, umm out of 10 i would give u a 5 / 10 u have a few good card combinations, but not good enough, anyways just make the few changes, cut ur deck to the minimum of 40 cards, then u'll get a better rating/opinion, anyways Good Luck bud, u can contact me again if u need a deck rate/help with ur deck, later bud
