Stones Holding
I have several healing stones I bought off ebay and would like to know exactly how to use them.?
I would like someone to help me with this so I get the right reading for each stone I bought. I know you have to meditate and focus on the stones. But can you hold more then one stone in your hand while you focus on the things you want the stones to take care of. And are there any good books on re-charging the stones. Please help me
You Can hold many. its usually best to keep your body balanced though (equal amounts in either hand) the ways to use stones is endless and unqiue. you can lay down and place the stone(s) anywhere there is pain or discomfort, inflammation, redness etc..you can hold them in your hand and using clockwise (to increase something, like energy) or counterclockwise (to decrease/banish something, like negativity)
to recharge, leave out in sunlight for 4 hours, and/or out in moon and starlight.. always leave them out the night of a full moon. if you buy a Selenite Crystal, this cleanses any other stone/crystal when pleaced near it. each stone should be cleansed, but it depends on the stone, as some need it daily, while others less frequently, and some can be cleansed with salt or water, and others can't
the crystal bible is a very good book, as mentioned above
