Is the Aboriginal smudging ceremony for cleansing an object or person proven practice?
A young aboriginal girl committed suicide. The house she was in was smudged. I believe the evil spirit already convinced the girl to kill herself as she was drunk and her girlfriend broke up with her.
I think the smudging is useless since the evil spirit did his evil already.
