How can I save in my computer some of you tube videos? and how can I save as a digital file real player?

there are some sound and movie talk shows distributed by Voice of america in other language in real player format. how can I save them as a file. there is no option for recording in real player.

open shortcut to temporary internet files. delete all the contents
then go to youtube watch and load a video.......

wait for the video until it is finished downloading

then go to temporary internet files search for the file name

get_video something then copy and paste it onto the desktop

rename the file with the extension file .flv
