Is this a first edition Harry Potter book?
I'm a little confused.I just auctioned for a first edition hary potter book for only 16 dollars. The auctioner, who has positive feedback, says it's first edition and the number string says "27 28 29 30"
Is this still a rare first edition?
To tell if it's first edition you need to look at the copyright or publication years at the front of the book (I don't know which one it is). First edition would only have one year it because that's the only book it's ever been published. It's not really rare or worth a lot yet, but since harry potter is that popular years from now it probably will be worth more.
