Why is a Quartz Crystal said to have healing properties?
When did this concept come about, and where did it originate from?
all crystals have their own properties
they are resonate at different levels and work with our bodies energies
in Hinduism ( which I believe is where this originated ) we are said to have chakras ... energy points in our body
these work with colour and sound frequencies
and crystals are just one way of working with these
along with mantras , tones , singing bowls etc
