Poster Fairies
Art question. I want to get my daughter one or two good posters to go in her room....?
...It may be too late for Christmas...
but if I show her the poster she'll be content to wait.
She has been going through our art books and she pointed out the following as being interesting: "Virgin Annunciate" by Antonello da Messina, "Vase with Flowers" by Ambrosius Bosschaert, "Rue de Paris" by Gustave Caillebotte, "Twilight in the Wilderness" by Frederick Chruch, "Nightfall down the Thames" by Atkinson Grimshaw. On a more pedestrian level she likes butterflies, fairies(light and dark) and unicorns.
I have found some of the better on as reproduction that start at $50, but I'd like to get them as posters at no more than $20 if possible.
Have you checked out http://www.getzat.com/ yet? They seem to have just about everything and their prices are very reasonable.
