How'd you make a polished stone tumbler?
I want to polish stones and quartz, especially gems. Can I make my own stone tumbler, and how?
You could, I have seen them made with large PVC pipe from the Hardware store. But if you are starting off You Can find reasonable priced tumblers to see if you are into the hobby and you couldn't Make Them for this price. The links are for an inexpensive but good usable tumbler and the second is for a ingenious guy that made a lot of his lapidary stuff and explains how.
