Negative Energy
How do I get rid of my negative energy quickly?
My boyfriend and I recently decided to take a break from our relationship because of my excessive amount of negative energy. I had so much of it, that it was actually hurting him.
I want to get rid of it as quickly as possible. I've been working on it almost constantly for three days and I'm only down about 15% from what I started with.
Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Meditation, surround yourself with positive items, try stress techniques, do a physical activity like running to clear the mind and then meditate after a nice relaxing bath.
Also I've heard crystals tend to draw in negative energy cleansing the room or person wearing it. Might give that a go.
