How can I lose my actual weight and my water weight fast?
Hi, I'm 17 and I've been trying to lose weight since last month, but I was wondering, how can I lose my excess weight fast? And about the water weight, where does this come from, how will I know if I have water weight, and how can I lose it? There's one thing I don't understand, If drinking a lot of water helps you lose weight, then what is water weight? Can I have this water weight by simply drinking water?
