Hope Fairy
Is there hope of an afterlife?
For 16 years of my life i have worshiped God and never questioned his existence. But know that i have matured i have began to wonder, will i ever get to see my dog and Grandad again?
There is Absolutely NO evidence that there is a Heaven or Afterlife.
How do we know God isn't like Santa or The Tooth Fairy? Because some guys had a feeling that God existed and decided to write a book on their thoughts.
You may have matured in age. 16 years and you still have no idea.
Your dog and granddad? Jesus said if you loved them more than me you are not worthy of me.
Faith is the evidence of things unseen.It is being sure of what we hope for. The evidence is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in us.
God said it will be a new heaven and a new earth. Afterlife?
Eternal life. Forever life. The Body dies but the spirit lives forever. We will no longer be as we are here. We will be like the Angels in heaven. We will have no need to be introduced because we will know every one by their spirit.
There is no Santa or tooth fairy. It only exists because the pagans said so. There is no absolute evidence.
God is not a feeling.God is a spirit residing in his chosen people. God Inspired many things including the Bible. His thoughts.and ways are in there. It brings about a change in our character and approach to others about Christ.
Seems you think you have done it on Your Own. But you have no idea how deep God is. We must worship him in spirit and in truth.
