i cant seem to lose the weight!150lbs is haunting me, please help!!?
i am 21 years old and 5'3. I weigh 150 lbs. I am a mother of a 10 month old and am getting so frustrated with weight loss. Ever since i hit 150lbs i cant seem to lose more. I did get down to 144lbs about 2 months ago when i was working out 4 days a week but i am currently back to the 150 mark! I need to get advice from people who have dealt with this and have actually lost the weight and kept it off. I normally have yogurt for breakfast and a salad for lunch.dinner varies but its always beef or chicken incorporated.examples-tacos,spagetti,baked chicken w/veg/my boyfriend loves to eat homecooked meals and i love to cook so i know it makes it difficult.hes used to big meals. i do have dessert often whether it be some icecream or cookies. the days i am sort of bad are the weekends i try to monitor but maybe not enough. i stay pretty active meaning walking 1 hour a day at least 4 days out of 7. What am i doing wrong?? please share so advice.thanks
I am not going to give you a full answer because you sound like you know what your talking about. Everything looks good apart From Your dinner. If you are having very carb heavy dinners after 6 o'clock this all get turned into body fat as the fuel is not getting used. Try it out i'm sure it will work!
