How worried should I be if I swallowed a half dollar?
Yesterday I accidentally swallowed a big JFK half dollar while doing a coin trick. I didn't choke but it is uncomfortable. Will it pass on its own or should I go see a doctor?
You didnt say how old you are. But since you're on a cmputer, it shouldn't be a problem. If you were a toddler, I'd say get to a doctor. But since you're big enough to use this computer, it shouldn't be a problem.
When I was about ten yrs old, I was watching tv with a steelie--ball bearing--in my mouth. I accidentally swallowed it, and felt it go into my stomach. I was scared, but didn't want to let my parents know because of getting in trouble.
About 2 days later, I was going to bathroom, and all of sudden, "CLANK", the marble-sized ball bearing had come out into the toilet. So relieved.
So that's what should happen. In couple days, it should be crapped out into toilet. NOw, if you'd swallowed a nail or two, then you'd almost be dead. But you'll be okay.
