Good Fortune
Have I missed out on good fortune?
I saw a magpie today. Naturally I waved and said "Hello Mr Magpie" to dispel the evil, but then noticed there were in fact TWO magpies which is a good omen.
Does this mean I have inadvertently dispelled Good Luck and if so is there any way of retrieving it?
So, let me get this straight. You actually believe the medieval superstition that satan inhabits a magpie, and if you wave at him it means you recognize him and no harm comes to you? And two magpies means a good omen, riiiiiiigggghhhhhht!
