Help with my belly button piercing...the top ball is like sinking in?

Okay I got my belly button pierced about a week ago. The ring they used is just a simple barbell..like a ball on each end with pink ''gem" in the balls...anyways the bottom ball is bigger then the top. The top ball is like sinking into my skin..there is the ball indention in my skin and like it actually keeps going all the way in, I keep trying to pull it out..I don't want it to sink in there and come out the other end..or leave a permanent ball imprint in my skin (which is what is there now)...so what do I do? Anyone else experience this? I'm not overweight..and I'm not overweight. I'm in shape 135lbs 5'4

Call your piercing place and tell them, the'll probably tell u to come back and change the size of the top ball.
