What is the best paint for painting a figurine?
My HeartGold Ho-Oh figure needs a few touch ups in my opinion, and I just wanted to make it look nicer. Any tips?

you want to pop into games workshop in town or a art shop, you can get many types of paint but they have paint specially designed for painting miniatures such as the one you posses, ithink its citadel paint or something, they wont be hard to find trust me =], i used to do allot of painting and they have the exact colours you need, you don't need to worry about mixing them.
You Can also try varnishing your model, it will make it shiner and the paint will not flake or rub off at all!
