How can I save my faux fur trim?
Help! I recieved a down vest jacket for Christmas. It has a beautiful faux fur trim on the hood. The washing instructions say machine wash cold water and hang to dry. Unfortunately, my family member who was helping out with my laundry misread the instructions and put the jacket in the dryer. Now the fur trim is very matted and looks horrible. Is there any way to save it and bring it back to it's original state?
Did you take it to a dry cleaner for a professional eye?
