Fantasy Dragon
Does anyone know any good Dragon/Fantasy titles? Besides any mainstream shows on television?
You see, i'm quite bored, and i am searching for either an anime or manga that has some involvement with dragons and such. Mind you, I scorn such titles as Blue Dragon, DBZ, Dragon Drive, and all that other mainstream stuff. I just finished reading Dragon Half (which is quite funny i might add) and now i need something else to quench my imagination (^.^) Thanx!
I've heard that The Twelve Kingdoms is a very good series. It's very much based in fantasy. While that is not my preferred genre, I have watched several episodes and found it to be very engaging.
Plus, The Twelve Kingdoms is very "under the radar".
Also, this might be too mainstream for you, but Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) is a very interesting series. It's a Victorian based Gothic story about a demon butler. Coming from someone who has basically left the anime franchise, I adore this show. It's hilarious and dark and serious all at the same time. Very hard to accomplish.
