And it is a poem, by the way, not a spell.
Trust me, I tried it all over the place when I was a kid. It doesn't work. =[
The best time to see fairies are on the Summer Solstice. There's plenty of elixirs and tricks associated with it- but just remember, all the original lore about fairies is on how to protect yourself from them. They're not the idyllic fairies-at-the-bottom-of-the-garden.
