Energy Shield
His hate entraps my spirit and I feel the energy. He won't let go of his hatred towards me. How do I shield?
His (my ex) hatred towards me, but it really is about him, is creating turmoil all around me. It is a dark energy and when my son comes to visit me he brings his dad's Negative Energy in my house. This man has got to be stopped.
I have forgiven him, the problem is he hasn't forgiven himself, so he cannot forgive me. This is the darkness he radiates to everyone around him.
I pray for myself daily and I cannot control his actions and I give him to God. His darkness is like cancer or a wild fire......spreading everywhere.
My son came home today and all was very calming here. We both enjoyed each other's company. Thank you all for your help.
I was numb last night and gave in to the darkness again, but the clarity came during the night. I was feeling as though my energy was one with the universe. I don't know who to select as best answer.
Maybe instead of shielding, you might try letting it all blow through you. This is a way of remaining neutral and thus not being affected.
