Is the Vocaloid costume concept "Sandplay Singing of the Dragon" official art or just fan-made?
Coz I'm bound to join a cosplay competition and fan-made costumes aren't allowed. Many thanks for those that can share what they know about the said costume concept ^^
The costumes were not designed by the makers of Vocaloid, so technically that would Make Them unofficial. They were made by the person who put together (made the Vocaloids sing) that song, though, so I would hardly call them unofficial. I'm not sure whether it would be allowed, so it's your call.
