What's the best gem for an engagement ring that's not a diamond?
OK, so I am not the most traditional girl. For one, I am an Aquarius, Pagan & very into Metaphysical stuff. And now I am trying to pick out an engagement ring & I definitely don't want a diamond. I want a gem/crystal that holds a lot of meaning & power. I would Really appreciate anyone's help & insight into this! Other than diamond, what is the best gem/crystal to have in your engagement ring?
Amber. The use of amber in marriage jewelry predates the diamond by thousands of years.
You could also go with an amber-colored citrine.
