How to create sex- desire to my wife?
We've been married for 5 years and have 2 kids. My wife does not like sex at all. She just used to laydown only. We've tried various styles but nothing worked out. She loves touching and kissing on her back and neck area but doesn't like intercourse. Touching/licking on her vegina does not give any pleasure to her. She even does not like to consult to doctor. Her version of story is -let it be. Can anyone suggest any idea to overcome the problem??!!
Most likely her libido is very low due to hormone problems. This is very common amongst Americans today. All of the steroid hormones are made from CHOLESTEROL. The pregnenalone that is need to create the SEX HORMONES is used up to make cortisol instead, leaving the person with a low libido (low sex drive).
To complicate this issue, the pituitary, thyroid, adrenal, and ovaries are part of the pituitary axis and all 4 or these glands work together and get sick together. So when the adrenal glands become exhausted from over work, the other glands get sick, especially the thyroid gland. So now, not only is there little hormone being produced, but the thyroid gland slows the metabolism down and the person becomes fatigued.
One major shift that You Can recommend to your woman is to consume very little carbs (75 grams per day max) and eat more good fats, as well as increase the mineral content in the diet. Cut out all the dehydrating drinks and artificial sweeteners, etc.
The next thing to do once she is physically getting well by making these changes, is to consider the psychological aspect of the problem. Mental interference fields caused by trauma and bad experiences in life can create energy blockages that can greatly interfere with physical issues in the body. A QRA practitioner can help you greatly with all this. It is important to both of you to try and solve this problem. Drugs are just not the answer.
