Crystals Reiki
How do you ground yourself after performing "Spiritual sessions"?
I find it rather difficult to ground after performing Reiki sessions and even deep meditations, I have used crystals (like Tigers Eye, bloodstone, Black Tourmaline and smokey quatz to balance and ground but I still feel like I'm floating on cloud 9, any other suggestions?
Is this a problem?
Just opening my eyes is all it takes for me. The nonsense that I see brings me down rather quickly.
