Gemstone therapy: is it best to use the rough cuts or do polished/Tumbled Stones work just as well?
I've had great results before wearing an amethyst bracelet. The stones were rough and unfaceted, unpolished. I'm now wondering if the atoms are sealed in as the gems are polished and/or tumbled or faceted and whether rough cuts (crystals, chunks etc) simply work better.
What's your experience?

They both work, but i feel that the unvarnished, untouched (and therefore, in my opinion, more pure) work a lot better as they are as nature made them
