How to get a refund from an item bought off eBay?
I live in the U.S. I bought a collectible figure off of eBay. The item is located in China. It said it could be almost a month before I would receive the item. The item has yet to be shipped. Today I found the same figure for sale in the U.S. and it would only take 2 days to be delivered.
Is it possible for me to get a refund so that I can buy the item that is in the U.S. instead of China?
What are the steps in doing so?
