Need help with I Ching
I am a little confused on how to use the I Ching. I know that if you toss the coins and get 3 heads it means a straight line, and if you get all tails it is a broken line. My confusion comes when you get 2 heads and a tail. In the books instructions says it means a broken line... but when I was researching online it said it means a straight line... ???Does anyone know what it is?? I am really confused. Thanks!
You need yo understand that everything changes. The I Ching is the book of changes, and one works with those changes.
When you get three heads or three tails; that is called an old yin (broken line), or an old yang (solid line) but it is in the process of changing to it's opposite so you end with the changed line.
If you continue to have problems you may want to draw the 64 hexagrams on 64 yarrow sticks.
