Bone Skeleton
Maya 3D... what material would you use on a bone/skeleton object?
So I used Maya to creat 3D skeleton.. now I need to color and materialize this so it looks real... what would you do? Should I use Blinn? Lambert? Should I use white color? Any texture? Thanks a bunch!!!
you need to build a decent shader (not "materialize")
i have included a link to a shader (see below )
you need colour yes, and a bumpmap. and some sss wouldn't hurt 
if you want it to look real, it's not just the shader you wont get photorealism from the stock maya render engine. you need mental ray or something like vray/finalrender for good gi.
