Ball Healing
Looking for treatment of a bone bruise on ball of right foot?
I was recently diagnosed with a bone bruise on the ball of my right foot. Interestingly enough this originated in 2005 with a stubbed toe. The pain kinda went away but was alway there until 2007 when I aggrevated it. Since then I have always had stinging pain and limited motion on that toe, mainly curling inward. The doctor said take some time off, but this pain has been present for four years now. What can I do to aid the healing process?
rotate ice and heat. i would say tape the big toe to the 2nd one... just to limit motion in that area, but that wouldnt do a ton. You Can if you want tho.
