Does Allegory and Art go hand in hand?
When I study deep subjects I read into things in an allegroical sense. I find this to be the same with art as people look for that deeper meaning and connection. Do you think they go hand in hand? Do you seem to be involved with both? Please comment with your stories too.,
Allegory - a representation of an abstract or spiritual meaning through concrete or material forms; figurative treatment of one subject under the guise of another.
By it's own definition, allegory and ANYTHING go hand in hand...
You Can look at a bucket of puke in a allegorical sense, but does that make it art? Blatantly not, but you can still do it. So the answer to your question is technically yes - but it's not the whole picture by any sense.
