Is it unhealthy to use age-defying or wrinkle cream as a teenager?
It depends, certain types of anti-aging creams are richer than what a younger skin needs. Young skin still produces natural collagen and so the added nutriments and components are not really needed. What a young skin needs however, is a cream that is not clogging pores whiles moisturizing and preferably contains FPS protection for day wear for that will prevent your skin from sun damages and future brown spots and early wrinkles which are all aging signs. At night, a normal cream that also doesn't clog pores but without the FPS. That is if your skin is normal to oily. If you have very dry skin, maybe a richer cream is then needed. I don't think it's unhealthy to use wrinkle cream, but i don't think it helps that much either. As you get older, your skin will change (hormones and all) which will then require you to get anti-aging creams or serums.
